OUR LEADERSHIP

Access Family Services, Inc. is operated under the direction of Annette McDonald, AFS Founder and Chief Executive Officer, who was a child witness to domestic violence and an adult survivor.  Her unique experience/perspective and ability to identify gaps in services provided to victims of domestic violence helped craft the vision and mission of AFS, which is the driving force of our organization.  She has spent more than 20-years in a variety of positions and organizations working for, supporting, and facilitating the goals and needs of women and children impacted by of domestic violence.
